Parallel auxiliary line

With this command, you may create one or more auxiliary lines parallel to a line in intervals that you specify.
There are two ways to define the distances of the parallel auxiliary lines:
Enter distance as value.
Distance of the auxiliary line by clicking on two points.
In both cases, you may also specify multiple values (distances to the next auxiliary line).
This auxiliary line is an AutoCAD line that is automatically placed on the layer for auxiliary lines. If you change the layer mapping of this line, it will be treated as an AutoCAD line and will not be recognized as an auxiliary line.

Parallel auxiliary line by entering distance values
Enter/pick the distance of the parallel auxiliary line(s) (divide multiple entries with ENTER) or [intersection point]:
In the command line, enter the value for the distance of the point through which the auxiliary line should be parallel to the line.
In the command line, enter the value for the distance of the point through which the auxiliary line should be parallel to the line.
Press the Enter key.
If you want to create another auxiliary line: Enter the distance from the first auxiliary line to the second auxiliary line.
Press the Enter key.
Press the Enter key again.
Select object to be moved:
Click on the line to which the auxiliary lines are to be created in parallel.
Select side for offset:
Click the page next to the line where the parallel auxiliary line should be created.
The auxiliary lines are created.
Repeat the steps if you want to create additional auxiliary lines with the same spacing.
Press the Enter key to terminate the input.
Parallel auxiliary lines by tapping distances (“tapping”)
Enter/pick the distance of the parallel auxiliary line(s) (divide multiple entries with ENTER) or [intersection point]:
Click on the starting point of a route that you want to tap.
Click on the end point of the route.
If you want to tap another distance for another auxiliary line: Repeat the steps.
Press the Enter key.
Select object to be moved:
Click on the line to which the auxiliary lines are to be created in parallel.
Select side for offset:
Click the page next to the line where the parallel auxiliary line should be created.
The auxiliary lines are created.
Repeat the steps if you want to create additional auxiliary lines with the same spacing.
Press the Enter key to terminate the input.
Note 
Auxiliary lines are infinite lines (object type XLINE). You will find further information about Xlines in your AutoCAD documentation.
For auxiliary lines SchüCad next uses its own system layer, SCC_AUX by default.
Use the command Delete auxiliary lines to remove all auxiliary lines from the current drawing.
